Last updated: 1 August 2026

In plain English

  • • Cyber Risk Assessment is general guidance based on the FAIR methodology and your self-reported answers — it is not a security audit, penetration test, certification, or warranty.
  • • You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the report.
  • • The price is $50 AUD, one-time, no subscription.
  • • No refund once the report is generated; we may issue a discretionary refund before that.
  • • The scoring methodology and report content are our intellectual property.
  • • Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us.
  • • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cyber Risk Assessment (the "Assessment") provided by Holistic Management Pty. Limited (ABN 81 065 813 434, ACN 065 813 434) ("we", "us", or "our") at https://cyber-security.technology. By completing the Assessment, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Assessment is and is not

The Cyber Risk Assessment provides general guidance about your cyber-risk exposure based on the Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR) methodology and the information you provide in response to 22 questions.

The Assessment is NOT:

  • A security audit or technical assessment of your systems
  • A penetration test or vulnerability scan
  • A certification, compliance guarantee, or warranty of any kind
  • Legal, financial, or insurance advice
  • A substitute for engaging a qualified cyber-security professional

The Assessment is based on self-reported information provided by you. We do not independently verify your answers. The accuracy of your cyber risk score depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Assessment report. You should consider the report alongside other information and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified cyber-security professional before acting on any recommendation.

3. Pricing and payment

The Assessment costs $50 AUD per assessment. This is a one-time payment with no subscription or recurring fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Refund policy

Once your Cyber Risk Assessment report has been generated, the service has been delivered and no refund is available. If you contact us before the report is generated, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@cyber-security.technology.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Assessment for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the scoring methodology or algorithms
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to access the Assessment in a way that exceeds normal usage
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the report content without our written permission

6. Intellectual property

The Cyber Risk Assessment scoring methodology, the report content, the question design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Holistic Management Pty. Limited (ABN 81 065 813 434, ACN 065 813 434). The FAIR methodology itself is an open standard published by The Open Group (Copyright © 2009). You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the report for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the report without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Assessment is limited to the amount you paid us for the Assessment (i.e., $50 AUD). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Assessment or reliance on the report.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Assessment after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
